Growth needs a mature strategy and clear targets. With our diversified brand portfolio, we are aspiring to the top position as the most successful German hotel chain in the medium market segment. Our attention lies with newbuild projects on the one hand as well as existing hotels on the other, which we can take over by lease and management. With our high level of experience and comprehensive knowledge, we even make sophisticated projects a success.
