Simply a pleasure
The winding alleys of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse invite you to discover cafés, wine taverns and idyllic courtyards. The restaurant variety is enormous. Real eye-catchers are the carefully renovated facades of the largest half-timbered building in the Palatinate. For its numerous small boutiques and shops, this gem has already been repeatedly awarded the title of A1 shopping city.
Best climate for relaxation
The region around Neustadt with its numerous vineyards is characterized by its proximity to the French Alsace. Favored by the mild climate, figs, almonds and even exotic fruits like kiwis and limes grow. For adventure seekers, the gentle hills offer perfect conditions for leisurely hiking, cycling, Nordic walking and mountain biking. A short tour through the vineyards to Hambach Castle is pure pleasure. The Kurpfalz-Park Wachenheim is right next door and you can reach the Holiday Park in only 20 minutes.
